thought it was going to be, you
have the ability to change.”
Last year, when Unilever
launched a brand ambassador
team to send employees to university campuses to recruit young
talent, Boccadoro put up her hand
to be part of it.

“I knew that when I was a
student, I wouldn’t have known all
