because of the

interview and onboarding process,
it is the culture that really draws

“It’s our values, like authenticity,
excellence, adaptability,
innovation and love,” says

For example, each job family
has a defined career path. “You
know exactly what you need to do
to get to the next step depending

that clarity.”
Samuel Ross, project manager,

meet any challenges.”
Duvoisin says he is proud to be
part of a company that has such a
large impact on the city. “I'm super
proud when I'm driving and I see
some of our prominent projects
built in collaboration with our
partners, like the replacement of

valued for their contributions,
Pomerleau continues to enhance
its range of meaningful benefits
and perks. Most recently, the
company launched an employee
share purchase program, giving
team members the opportunity to

privately owned company. “This
is a powerful way to recognize
everyone’s contribution and to
thank them for being part of our
journey,” Duvoisin says.
