says the office hallways and offices
are full of happy people. There’s

kitchen, or an Elder dropping in to
ask how he’s doing.
“I have never felt so welcomed
in an organization before. I wake
up every day happy to come to
work, and it makes it so much
easier to give service to the
community members with a smile
on your face,” says Philbrick.
“It’s one of the happiest
workplaces I’ve ever been in. I
want to be here for the rest of my
life.”
