As a senior specialist in

and AI department, Luo plays
an important role in supporting
the company’s decision-making
through data analysis. She works
with a number of departments,
such as claims, corporate underwriting and risk services. She says
no matter who she’s working with,
the office vibe is friendly and open.
“I really enjoy the positive
atmosphere — people are nice
and approachable, especially the
senior leaders,” she says. “You can
have a coffee chat with the CEO
or any of them. I really enjoy the
people and the work-life balance

Harold Weckworth, senior vice
president of people and culture,
says the employee experience is

year.

Luo values the company’s mentorship program and has formed
