health. The group works to make
employees aware of Haleon’s
mental health benefits and
employee assistance program,
and to ensure they know
accommodations are available
for people who need them. It
also hosts events for employees,
including an educational session
during World Mental Health Day
on mindfulness and managing
through change with a third-party
facilitator.
“We’re trying to remove some of
the stigma that may have been associated with mental health in the
past,” he says. “People are engaged
and are appreciative of it.”
