annual week-long series of learning

The seminar, one of scores

worldwide, offered some novel
approaches on how to enhance
career growth and job satisfaction.
Leeming says for him, one of the
key messages is to understand your
strengths and weaknesses — and
that these are not necessarily
related to what you’re good at or
not, but to pursuits that give or
