resources generalist when the
Canadian affiliate was still a very
small organization and “learned
how to do everything,” from

book to designing its HR system.

Ng says one of the reasons she’s
stayed at NNCI for so long is its
work on diabetes medicines, which
has personal resonance: many
of her family members have the
condition.
“The company does such
wonderful things for people with
diabetes,” she says. “I really do
believe I’m very privileged to be in
this role. As the organization looks
after patients, for me it’s really
about looking after the employees
we have so they can do that.”
