says. “When we’re launching a
medicine in a country with such
diverse populations, we strive to
ensure all of our activities reflect
the populations in which we live
and work.”
Sartor says some recent metrics
suggest the DEI Council is
meeting its goals: 76 per cent of
employees said in 2024 that they
feel they “really belong” at the
company, 50 per cent of leadership
and people manager roles are
held by women and the company
averages about 50 per cent
participation at its culture and
heritage events throughout the
year. “We’re super proud of those
initiatives,” she says.
