Greg Dinsdale, president and
CEO, sends out a company-wide
newsletter that he writes, informing everyone about ongoing
projects and wins big and small.
To celebrate being named one of
Canada’s Top 100 Employers last
year, the entire team travelled to
Toronto to the Hockey Hall of
Fame for a tour, dinner and a fireside chat with former Leafs star
Darryl Sittler. “I have the jersey
he signed for me,” says Tupper. “It
was a very memorable moment for
me and also for the company by
coming together like that.”
