my growth through their

says Hall. Even though her
field is still considered maledominated, she continues to see
female leaders taking on new
opportunities at CSA Group.
“It has really inspired me to see
more women being promoted
to senior and executive level
positions,” says Hall. “I hope I
can offer mentorship to others
and that one day someone
might benefit by seeing me in an
executive role.”
