reached out to them,” says Rowatt.
“I met with the president of
Fidelity Canada for breakfast two
weeks ago, one on one. In a big
corporation, it’s pretty unheard of
for someone of my level to have
breakfast with the president. But
here, it's very normal.”
Godfrey says that one of the
things that differentiates Fidelity
Canada is that it operates as a flat
organization.
“There’s no question we have a
structure, but anybody can speak
with anybody,” says Godfrey.
