a personal role in the orientation
process. As part of that (and
the better to get to know new
employees), Baxter asks each
one to tell him something they’re
proud of. “I get great stories and a
little insight from that,” he says.
So, what is Baxter proud of?
“Oh, I guess my own work-life
balance — I’ve managed to
practise what I preach. Actually,
what really makes me proud is to
see people here accomplishing
things that they never thought
possible,” he says, “because TTI
set them up to win.”
